Corner-to-corner graphs are easy to find. Turning one into rows you can actually crochet from is the slow part: counting each diagonal, square by square, and writing it down. A few YouTube commenters said they'd pay someone to do it. This site does it for free, for any photo.

It also works out how much of each color to buy, because running out of one shade halfway through a blanket is the other common complaint.
